The original apartment buildings were built in the 70’s and did not match the historic character of the surrounding neighborhood. The clean lines of the All Ultrex double hung and casement windows complemented the design and blended beautifully with the building’s white clapboard siding exterior.
06 1374 Commercial Maryland Hoffstot Neil Hoffstot 520 Park MD Kinsley Construction This commercial project in Baltimore, MD selected Integrity because it was the ONLY product, that met all the criteria: Dark exterior color; Excellent Thermal Performance; Narrow Site lines: Strength and quality for multi-family; Cost effective; Fast Lead times; Well respected manufacturer with an exceptional reputation. 07 1316 Commercial Vermont Duncan Bob Duncan Commercial Complex in Burlington VT Duncan Wisniewski Architecture The design for this complex in Burlington, VT was inspired by two substantive factors: the site/context and the intended building residents. The site includes a view overlooking the Winooski River, just west of the magnificent falls under the bridge connecting Burlington and Winooski, itself a small city with a history of 19th century textile manufacturing mill buildings. While not all of the intended building residents are formerly homeless veterans, the driving idea was to create a home that felt substantial, safe, and offered a physical environment in which these veterans could begin to rebuild lives that had been so changed by experiences of war.

01 1306 Residential Florida Reinel Stephen Reinel Historic Jacksonville Residence FL Jaycox, Reinel Architects This home located in Jacksonville, FL fits perfectly into the historic neighborhood. The traditional Georgian style is prevalent in the neighborhood and this project exemplifies the style. The San Marco Historic Preservation Committee awarded the project a beautification award even though it is an entirely new home because of how well it preserves the historic look and feel of the neighborhood. The Integrity windows also have a nice profile that adds depth and character to the design that other windows in this price range don't seem to have.
02 1450 Residential Connecticut Dean Robert Dean Connecticut Contemporary CT Robert Dean Architects This Stamford, CT house replaced a house that had burned down, in an established neighborhood of houses built in the 1970s. The neighborhood has a consistent design format of long, sloped roofs, and metal-framed windows that have minimal bulk and maximum glass area. Integrity made it possible for us to achieve a look that on the one hand fits seamlessly into this neighborhood, while on the other hand meeting current energy codes and building codes. In the end, Integrity made it possible for us to do much more, within the same aesthetic language, than the architects of the 1970's were able to do.
03 1440 Residential Connecticut Walsh John Patrick Walsh Bank Street CT John Patrick Walsh, AIA Architectural Design, LLC Located in Mystic, CT 16 Bank Street is relatively close to the Atlantic ocean. The project would require a window unit that would sustain the 120 mph wind zone required by building code and be able to stand up to the harsh saltwater environment. Additionally, we wanted a window unit that would require very little maintenance.. We chose Marvin’s Integrity Wood Ultrex Series not only because of its capability of standing up in the 120mph zone and harsh coastal environment but also it allowed the home to have a window that would require very little maintenance.
04 1393 Residential Minnesota Guetzke AMEK Custom Builders The Modern Farm Home MN AMEK Custom Builders, Inc. This home in Prior Lake, MN was built during one of the worst Minnesota winters in recent history, we knew that Integrity windows would give the homeowners the comfort and great lighting that added to the design of the home. The light-filled interiors bring the outside in and abundant Integrity windowscapes enable the family to enjoy the changing Minnesota seasons. This ContemPrairie Home embraces the modern look but with a warmth and functionality designed for today’s family living.
05 1432 Residential New Hampshire Adams Chris Adams North Shore House NH Bensonwood This home in Stoddard, NH had to fit into the lakeside cottage community in scale, proportion and style. Nestled into the trees (carefully preserved during construction) along the lake and the wood shingle home has a large screened in porch. A must for any lake retreat. The colors and textures of the materials reflected the laid back summer community and surroundings. Integrity has the flexibility to customize the grille proportions to reinforce a craftsman style.
06 1319 Residential Georgia Ross Robert Ross Blend Old with New in Atlanta GA Ross Design, Inc This Atlanta, GA home chose Integrity products for a number of reasons. It is an excellent value and allowed us design flexibility. The sight lines from the windows were critical in setting up the interior views. The windows were instrumental in blending the new construction with the original home construction. The materials chosen blended with the existing without matching them exactly. This project is basically invisible from the street which helped preserve the street scape of the intown neighborhood.
07 1433 Residential New York Henchen Jeff Henchen 2014 RHBA Homearama NY Landmark Builders This residence in Webster, NY still fits in with the diverse high end subdivision where there is the Classic Colonial styles, Contemporary styles and Craftsman styles of homes in the existing large portion of the subdivision. 09 1328 Residential New Jersey Lisle Tim & Donna Lisle Cambridge Avenue NJ Lisle & Associates This residence in Cape May Point, NJ is located within a natural setting approximately 500 feet from the Atlantic coastline. The Fiberglas finish and durability in the harsh coastal environment proved to be compelling factors in the choice of Integrity windows; this in an area where a competitor’s vinyl-clad windows were the predominant option. Within the overall house design, windows consistently wrap corners to de-emphasize the building mass and open views for the interior to the landscape.
10 1347 Residential Minnesota Dropps Bud Dropps Wilkinson Lake MN Accent Homes, Inc This home located in North Oaks, Minnesota is a Prairie designed home that nestles itself into the landscape. With both prairie meadow views and lake views, the large expanse of glass allows the outdoor beauty to be visible from nearly every room of the home. 14 1251 Residential Wisconsin Steffensen Jeff Steffensen Lap Pool Addition WI Distinctive Craftsman, LLC This Janesville, WI residence added a lap pool addition to the home using Integrity All-Ultrex windows and a Wood-Ultrex Inswing French Door. The decision was made to use fiberglass windows since having a lap pool indoors could potentially cause water damage to a regular wood window. It worked out perfect, the existing house has Craftsman style windows. The owner went with a 9-lite Prairie style version to compliment the space.
15 1252 Residential Wisconsin Patrick Dean Patrick Spooner Lake Home WI Patrick Custom Homes This Spooner, WI home is in a high traffic area on a lake and across from a very busy golf course. The house has great curb appeal enhanced by the Integrity Windows. It has the Northwood's feel the customer was looking for without the high maintenance. 16 1307 Commercial New York Sloan Michael Sloan New Golf House at Millbrook Golf & Tennis Club NY Sloan Architects, P.C. This commercial Golf House in Millbrook, NY was designed to pay homage to the original 1903 structure, which was consumed by a fire. The overall design of the Integrity Ultrex Double Hung Windows with the simulated divided lite (SDL) merged seamlessly with the architecture style that we were looking for. 18 1376 Residential Georgia Jones Bryan Jones Lake Arrowhead Residence GA Jones Pierce Architecture This home in Waleska, Georgia feels like a tree house with building projections hanging in space high over the steep lot below. The use of large fixed windows makes the interior spaces feel as if they are part of the outside, and puts the focus on the view. We used a language of materials on the exterior with different finishes on the foundation, house body, and the room projections, and wanted the windows to stand out while fitting into the natural setting. The warm, dark bronze clad color chosen fit into the surrounding wooded setting, while at the same time provided a clean modern look similar to metal windows without looking excessively commercial.
19 1369 Commercial Massachusetts Fein-Brug Deborah Fein-Brug First Parish Church MA Fein Designs The combination of three factors; colored fiberglass combined with the wood interior, the available glass configuration with the type of e-glass, and the price factored into the design and then final purchase of these greatly admired windows that are now part of the First Parish Church in Stow, MA.

22 1118 Residential Connecticut Ferrucci Joseph Ferrucci Little Meadow Residence CT Joseph P Ferrucci Associates This residential home located in Guilford, CT features Integrity Wood-Ultrex Casement and Awning windows. The decision to use Integrity was based on aesthetics, quality, and cost. They are beautiful windows that are very well built and financially affordable. The windows are set-back from the face and have a wood header and a stone sill. This design decision ‘frames’ the window to give it a ‘punch’ on the façade.
23 1399 Residential Virginia Post Alex Post Leesburg Sun Room & Renovations VA Stonegate Construction, Inc. This home in Leesburg, VA has interior painted wood keeping the traditional feel that this house has. We used no grills so as to enhance the view and feeling of being in the woods. The Ultrex exterior with its clean lines keeps the sunroom simple yet traditional with the transoms. The real beauty is in the no maintenance exterior.
24 1405 Residential Pennsylvania Manning William Manning Salt Box PA Manning Construction This challenge for this home in Washington Crossing, PA was to convince the homeowner that this type of replacement project could be done using the existing frames which were Andersen Narrowline window units. We had strict orders that we could not disturb the "Lap Siding" we chose an Integrity "All Ultrex" window unit that could fit in the exact opening which would not disturb the siding and give the performance that they were looking for along with the change in season that we have here in the Northeast region.
25 1367 Residential Florida Balistreri John Balistreri LeLac Residence in Boca Raton FL Bali Design Group LeLac is a high end residential area in Boca Raton, FL surrounded by trees, and circling water. Located in Racine, WI this residence selected Wood-Ultrex double hung windows because of their traditional look, reliability in construction, and dual operating sashes. The windows are very low maintenance as well. The Wood-Ultrex rectangle window was also a great size for above the dog washing station. The traditional window style fit right in to the new mudroom addition. The 5 windows let in plenty of light all year round and can be easily opened to let in fresh air.

30 1287 Residential New York Bloomfield Constance Bloomfield Woodland Valley NY Constance Bloomfield This modern home located in Phoenicia, NY needed a low profile window with an exterior finish that would match the metal roofing and be maintenance free. The clear interior finish was a good match with the rest of the trim and flooring in the house. The large window assembly would reinforce the roof line visually and be the over-the-top element in an otherwise restrained design. It is jaw-droppingly perfect.

37 1449 Residential Virginia Simpson Mary-Dolph Simpson East Beach VA Simpson Builders Inc This is a coastal community project in Norfolk, VA and these beach cotttage's completely fit the surroundings and maintained the architectural integrity of the project. Marvin Integrity windows not only have stood up to the challenge but the quality and performance along with the incredible delivery time has made Integrity Windows our companys window of choice.
38 1403 Residential South Dakota Crowley Aaron Crowley Rapid City Residence SD A.C.E. LLC When the project began, the house, in Rapid City, SD stood out for all of the wrong reasons. With bare steel exposed and paint all but entirely gone, it looked like an aluminum house. All in all, the exterior was pretty beat up, including the deck, and there was no garage—just a driveway and a big empty lot. Now that we’ve finished, it still stands out…but on the other end of the spectrum. The white casing around the windows and the accent colors on the exterior make it unique in a “cookie cutter” neighborhood.. Now, the home really pops.
39 1301 Residential Wisconsin Matustik John Matustik Lake Geneva Residence WI Matustik Builders This Lake Geneva, WI home sits on a beautiful lot in the country and the spectacular view was certainly something we had to maintain. 41 1360 Residential Vermont Duncan Bob Duncan The Bridge Between Home VT Duncan Wisniewski Architecture This property in Burlington, VT is unique as it combines two adult households into one, each with their own needs for separate spaces - what couple hasn't wished for some separate and private space? An addition directly to the house would have meant moving the driveway, resulting in unnecessary additional lot coverage and the destruction of landscaping and garden space. Rather than an impediment to the design, a bridge over the driveway - The Bridge Between - became both the design solution and the relationship metaphor: it physically connects two independent houses into one, as the merger of their two lives becomes one shared life together. The exterior materials include shingle siding - to match the original house - and corrugated metal to clad the bridge and shed lean-to on the addition, in particular to delineate the bridge from the two shingled structures. The bridge itself has both its private side and public side - smaller awning windows facing the street (morning light and privacy), larger double hung windows facing the yard and court (afternoon light and openness).
42 1370 Commercial California Rosales Gema Rosales Toledo Way CA LKD&W Property Group The *new* Integrity Wood-Ultrex double hung inserts work wonderfully to replace older wood double hung windows in many of the older apartment buildings in San Francisco, CA such as this project at 96 Toledo. 44 1361 Residential Indiana Shuel Ted Shuel Heather Glen at the Legends IN Legendary Homes of Franklin, LLC This multi-family complex in Franklin, IN selected the All Ultrex products because it added to the curb appeal and warmth of this European Country design. Being that this is a nationwide community of over 26,000 families, there are strict standards when it comes to the aesthetics of these communities. Since Phase I had already been built with different window lines, we had to ensure that the new product would align with the look of the community and the existing structures. Fortunately, with the All Ultrex's streamline design and "spot-on" Cashmere color, the transition was smooth and seamless! The only difference to be seen was the waviness of the single strength glass from the vinyl units!! The Integrity by Marvin, All Ultrex, windows & doors provided not only a top quality option but a beautiful one as well!!
45 1040 Residential Wisconsin McCormack Stephanie McCormack Whitetail Model WI McCormack Classic Construction This Whitetail model home located in Hudson, Wisconsin used several types of Wood-Ultrex window products. The house sits on a heavily wooded lot, so the windows (and doors) truly enhanced the views of the property from the inside of the house.
